Departments / Operations and production

The daily picture, without the daily chase.

Operational records collected, reconciled and turned into a picture the plant can act on.

What we take over

The work of the department.

Production and shift reporting.

Shift records, output figures, downtime and incidents are collected from the agreed sources — whatever mix of systems, spreadsheets and paper the plant really uses — reconciled against each other, and delivered as one reviewable picture. Inconsistent inputs are flagged before they become a confident-looking report.

Maintenance and inspections.

Every machine gets a maintained file: service history, spare-part records, mandatory inspections and their deadlines. What expires is flagged in time; what was promised by a service partner is checked against what was delivered and invoiced.

Technical documentation and changes.

Drawings, specifications and change requests stay connected to the work they describe. When a change request touches an existing specification, the discrepancy is surfaced — before it reaches the floor.

Safety, trainings and certificates.

Who must have what, who has it, and when it expires — per role and per regulation, watched continuously, with evidence ready for an inspection instead of assembled the night before.

Incident records.

When something goes wrong, the record is collected and structured while it is fresh: what happened, what the sources say, what the investigation needs.

Human decision

What stays with people.

Every intervention in the process, every priority call. Matrix prepares the picture; the plant decides.
